A unique challenge: the plot included two protected Araucaria trees, each requiring a 15-meter no-build zone, while the client demande a high-density senior living development that fully maximized the use of the site.

Instead of a standard layout, we rotated a 3.6me grid by 45 degrees. This rotation allowed each apartment to face away from direct neighbor-to-neighbor views, enhancing privacy and ensuring that the interior courtyard felt more open and spacious.
