Gutemberg is a project born from the need to link two prominent neighborhood streets through a lively, public corner space. The building also aims to attract young professionals and students seeking compact, bold, and modern living spaces in a vibrant location.

The site is exceptionally well-situated, making it a prime spot that naturally draws foot traffic. The design not only enhances walkability but also addresses market demands by integrating efficient parking. The modular nature of the design allows it to be flexibly pushed and pulled, creating prominent access points and distinct façade movements. These volumetric gestures also make it possible to create private terraces at different levels, taking full advantage of the design’s inherent flexibility
